Final Sale & No Refunds Clause

All Sales Are Final. When receiving treatments at Beaute Boutique, I acknowledge and agree that all purchases of services, treatments, packages, and prepaid sessions at Beaute Boutique are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. This includes any services rendered or unused portions of packages. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.

Acknowledgment of Results

I understand that results from aesthetic and medical treatments may vary based on individual factors, Beaute Boutique aims for the best outcomes, results are not guaranteed. I acknowledge that I have been informed of potential risks, benefits, and alternatives, and I am voluntarily proceeding with treatment.

I agree not to initiate a chargeback or credit card dispute for any reason related to services received or purchased at Beaute Boutique. I understand that initiating a chargeback after receiving services may be considered fraud. If I have any concerns, I agree to resolve them directly with Beaute Boutique.
